Need a hand?
The support email is awaiting owner confirmation. A verified contact route must be added before publication.
Where are my followed teams?
Check your team selections in the app, then revisit the upcoming matches view. A selected team may have no fixture in the displayed period. Favorites are stored on your device.
Why is the widget not updating?
Open the app and check that the device has a working internet connection. Check whether the device restricts background activity. Widget refresh behavior must be verified against the version you are using.
Which languages can I choose?
FanZone Live offers English, Arabic and French. This website has the same three language choices.
Why does a score or fixture look out of date?
Updates depend on the data provider, service availability and your connection. Reopen the relevant view and check your connection. Fixtures may be rescheduled and scores may arrive with a delay.
Where can I download the app?
The public Google Play listing is coming soon. There is no verified public download link on this website yet.
